An emphasis on the explanation of organizational theory as it relates to management practices, employee relations, and structure of the organization to fits its environment and operation; analysis of leadership styles and determining their effectiveness in employee situations; identifying methods in resolving organizational problems; describing the impact of corporate culture on employee behavior; and analyzing team dynamics, team building strategies, and cultural diversity.
