Certified Nurse Aide, (C.N.A.)

Certified Nurse Aides, or C.N.A.s, provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. C.N.A.s perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, and/or move patients, change linens, and transfer/transport patients. Nurse Aides are often employed in nursing care facilities, where they frequently serve as principal caregivers.

The C.N.A. Program at Blinn College is conducted at multiple Blinn campuses including the Post Office Campus - Bryan, Texas, Hodde Technical Center - Brenham, Texas, and the Schulenburg Campus.  The program consists of 80 hours of classroom and skills lab and 40 hours of clinical experience. 
Total Tuition: $1,000

  • NURA 1060  Clinical - Nursing Assistant/Aide and Patient Care Assistant/Aide Contact Hours: 40
