Credit Hours:3 Lecture Hours:3 Contact Hour Total:48 This is a sophomore level course presenting historical and contemporary viewpoints of abnormal behavior. A variety of functional and organic mental disorders, including schizophrenia, adjustment disorders, personality disorders, anxiety reactions, substance abuse, mood disorders, and mental retardation, will be examined in terms of causes, symptoms, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment.
