A course primarily for students with limited knowledge in playing the guitar and/or reading music. The course aids students in developing basic guitar techniques and music reading. Lab emphasis is placed upon students playing chords and learning to read guitar music and simple tabulator. Corequisite(s): Students must supply their own instruments in good working conditions (i.e., at the instructor’s discretion).
