(ACGM) Individual instruction in voice, instrument, composition, or conducting.
Required of music majors with percussion as their performing instrument. Material is an extension of MUAP 1257 and MUAP 1258 with attention to preparation of recital and audition material for the four year school in the Spring semester. Class includes 50 minutes of individualized and 50 minutes of group instruction per week. Students are required to dedicate at least 6 external hours per week to individual practice.
Prerequisite(s):MUAP 1257 and MUAP 1258 and must be an auditioned member of the band program.
