Reading 0307 is designed to prepare students to read college texts. Emphasis is placed on learning and applying study-reading strategies essential to success in academic courses. The course offers a multimedia learning experience as well as whole group and small group interactive instruction. Additionally, Reading 0307 is paired with a credit course; learning activities will support reading and learning for the paired course. Prerequisite(s): Appropriate scores on the TSIA or completion of READ 305 with a grade of “C” or better or completion of DIRW 325 with a grade of “C” or better.
